We had to order an arrangement late Saturday afternoon for an early morning funeral on Monday. Not being familiar with the town, we called several florists and no one could do it in such a short time frame. We called Donna Florist and she assured us that she would do it and it would be delivered for Monday morning. The funeral arrangement was beautiful. I would definitely use her again ! Thank you

The error dampened the surprise for the recipient and caused some momentary panic and confusion.
